Become a better paddler on the water with this dry land yoga session. Learn how to build strength in your core and upper body to gain balance, power and speed when you paddle. Our Instructor will use yoga poses to help you improve strength and flexibility, eliminate imbalances and over-use injuries, and get you moving to the best of your ability with a full range of motion.
