Beginner Yoga for Better Posture with Mark Yin
Poor posture causes muscle to feel ache and pain. In this beginner yoga class we will practice the basic yoga poses to counter the poor posture caused by our modern life habits. Through practicing the yoga postures correctly, it will carry over to our daily lives, so that we sit and stand with good posture naturally. When our posture is good, the aches and pains will naturally disappear.
