Christine McLean is a celebrated triathlete (has won medals for Canada!), triathlon coach and runner. Exercise is an integral part of her life. More than that, she just enjoys an overall sense of well-being and life balance.
Through her personal life experience and formal Pilates training she has learned that Strength, Core, Alignment and Flexibility are keys to that well-being. And of them she considers alignment to be the most important aspect.
All levels and abilities are welcome. Please bring a mat, water, comfortable clothes.

Parking is free for the first two hours of any visit to the North York store. Pilates is in the community room, far corner from the front door.
NOTICE: For all yoga and pilates sessions, Instructors kindly ask that you be in the room early. Late arrivals have caused interruptions to the flow of the mood and energy in classes. Doors will be locked at the start time even if you're pre-registered & paid. If you arrive late and miss a class make a note on the sign on the class door and we'll move you to the next session a week later (or to some other class as you prefer).
